SB 5998 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises the membership of the state cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and manicuring advisory board.

     Authorizes the board to seek the advice and input of officials from the following state agencies:

     (1) The work force training and education coordinating board;

     (2) The department of employment security;

     (3) The department of labor and industries;

     (4) The department of health;

     (5) The department of licensing; and

     (6) The department of revenue.

     Extends the existence of the board to June 30, 1998.
