SB 6038 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in all cases where a person is found to have evaded the payment of taxes or license fees imposed in connection with the registration of a vehicle based upon information collected and presented to the department of revenue by another person, an additional fee of five hundred dollars shall be imposed.  The fee shall be deposited into the vehicle licensing fraud account created under RCW 46.68.250.
