     Revises RCW 43.51.210 to direct the deposit of funds from the sale of park lands into the park land acquisition account, not the general fund.

     Revises RCW 43.51.215 relating to public hearings on proposed exchanges of land to the parks and recreation commission.

     Revises RCW 43.84.092 to provide a proportionate deposit of funds into the park land acquisition account.
