SB 6162 - DIGEST

     Provides that a person may not manage a mobile home park until a certificate of registration certifying him or her as a mobile home manager has been issued by CTED.

     Designates procedures for obtaining a certification.

     Creates an advisory council on mobile home park manager training and certification.

     Establishes procedures for enforcement proceedings.

     Authorizes civil penalties for violations of the act.
