SB 6188 - DIGEST

(AS OF SENATE 2ND READING 2/16/98)

     Provides that an additional sixty months shall be added to the presumptive sentence for any sex offense committed while the offender was in violation of RCW 9A.44.130(7).  The enhancement is mandatory, and shall not run concurrently with any other sentencing provisions.
