SB 6198 - DIGEST

     Creates a hatchery practices advisory committee.

     Directs the hatchery practices advisory committee to conduct a review of the transplantation of salmonids to determine if state, tribal, and federal hatchery operations may comply more closely with the endangered species act, may reduce the risk of deleterious stock transfers, may minimize dissemination of fish pathogens, and may facilitate the recovery of wild salmonids.
