SB 6211 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in the case of a minister or other clergyperson who retires from employment as a chaplain in a state institution or agency, up to one hundred percent of the retirement allowance paid to the person under chapter 41.40 RCW after the effective date of this act, is designated as a rental allowance, to the extent used by the person to rent or provide a home.
