SB 6239 - DIGEST

     Provides that the family policy council and its powers and duties shall be terminated on June 30, 2001.

     Directs the joint legislative audit and review committee to conduct or contract for the performance of a fiscal audit of the family policy council and the community public health and safety networks.  The committee shall submit a final audit report to the legislature by December 30, 1999.
