     Revises RCW 42.17.310 to exempt from public inspection and copying computer software developed or owned solely by agencies and political subdivisions or together with private entities.  "Computer software" means the programming source code or object code necessary for the operation of a computer program.  It does not include records accessible through the use of the computer program  that are not otherwise exempt.
