SB 6408 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that any minimum nonsuspendable and nondeferrable jail sentence required by RCW 46.61.5055 shall be doubled for any offender who committed the offense with a person under the age of seventeen in the motor vehicle.
