SB 6414 - DIGEST

     Provides that "public agency" for the purpose of open public meeting requirements shall include any task force, study group, or official policy development body of a public agency.

     Revises RCW 42.30.120 to increase the penalty for violations of the open public meetings act from one hundred to one thousand dollars.
