SB 6441 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 39.04.120 to clarify procedures for environmental protection change orders in public projects.

     Deletes the requirement that governmental entities include all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations in all invitations to bid for public construction projects.

     Provides that disputes may be decided by dispute resolution, not arbitration.
