SB 6443 - DIGEST

     Provides that $923,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 1999 is provided solely for the forest practices program for:  (1) Activities related to forest practices permitting and compliance; or

     (2) implementing initiatives that may be proposed by the timber/fish/wildlife group for protecting wild salmonid stocks.
