SB 6478 - DIGEST

     Directs the department of community, trade, and economic development to enter into a contract with one or more organizations or individuals to provide support, guidance, training, and technical assistance to individuals and organizations for the establishment and development of nonprofit educational foundations established to provide financial support and services to assist public schools.

     Makes an appropriation of forty thousand dollars from the general fund to the department of community, trade, and economic development for purposes of this act.
