     Authorizes the appropriate fire protection agency in a county to issue a permit for the purpose of burning storm and flood-related debris authorized under RCW 70.94.743 on any lands within the jurisdiction of the fire protection agency.

     Requires consultation with the appropriate air pollution control agency.
