SB 6663 - DIGEST

     Declares that the purpose of this act is to:  (1) Protect the confidentiality of genetic information;

     (2) regulate the collection, retention, disclosure, or use of genetic information; and

     (3) protect against discrimination by an insurer or employer based upon the genetic information of an individual or his or her family members.
