SB 6669 - DIGEST

     Provides that the owner of perpetual timber rights may sign the statement of intent not to convert to a use other than commercial forest product operations for a set period of time, and that statement shall be deemed binding on the landowner.  Together with the appropriate forest practices application, the holder of perpetual timber rights shall submit evidence that the signed statement of intent has been served on the landowner.
