SB 6674 - DIGEST

     Provides that, effective July 1, 1998, the legislature shall fund annual salary increases of two and one-half percent to those employees identified in the comprehensive salary and fringe benefits survey and the trend salary and fringe benefit survey as being more than 10 percent behind the prevailing wage rates.
