SB 6706 - DIGEST

     Provides that it is unlawful to conduct or operate a live adult entertainment establishment without a valid license issued under this act.

     Provides that licenses are prohibited to certain individuals or groups.

     Designates standards of conduct.

     Designates provisions for license suspension.

     Declares that nothing in this act may be construed to prevent a county, city, or town from adopting a different regulatory scheme for live adult entertainment establishments, whether more or less restrictive than the provisions contained in this act.
