SR 8669 - DIGEST

     Revises the rules of the Senate to provide that a majority of those members elected or appointed may order that a vote on final passage of a budget bill be reconsidered more than once, and neither notice of reconsideration nor the motion to reconsider need be made on the same day of the vote on final passage.
