     On page 6, line 38, after Aorders.@ insert AThe contractor shall provide a separate bond for each year of the job order contract.  Each bond will cover those work orders issued while that bond is in effect.  The initial bond shall be effective for a period of one-year commencing on the date the job order contact is awarded.  The surety=s aggregate liability under a bond shall not exceed the amount of that bond, regardless of the number of work orders issued.@

EFFECT: Requires that a separate bond be provided for each year of the job order contact, each bond cover work orders issued while it is in effect, the initial bond to be effective for a one-year period commencing on the date the job order contract is awarded, and the surety=s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of that bond regardless of the number of work orders.
