     On page 2, after line 30, insert:

     "(a) "Eligible household" means a very low-income household that has occupied a dwelling unit in rental housing for very low-income households for not longer than two years."

     Renumber subsections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Households may occupy exempt dwelling units for no longer than two years.
