     On page 2, line 35, after "with" strike "claims for injuries that occur on or after July 1, 1999" and insert "vocational rehabilitation plans approved on or after the effective date of this section"

EFFECT:  Makes the increased vocational rehabilitation benefits available to injured workers whose vocational plans are approved on or after July 1, 1999, instead of workers injured on or after July 1, 1999.
