     On page 6, after line 14 of the amendment, insert

A(8) If specific funding for the purposes of administering the tax credit under section 401 of this act is not provided by June 30, 1999, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void.@

     Correct the title

EFFECT: Provides that the act is null and void unless funding for administration of the tax credit is provided in the omnibus appropriations act.
