     On page 6, line 32, after Areport.@ insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 206.  Notwithstanding the forests and fish report, nothing adopted by the forest practices board pursuant to this report shall exceed requirements established under federal laws or federal regulations.@

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
