     On page 6, line 32, after Areport.@ insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 206.  Notwithstanding the forests and fish report, nothing adopted by the forest practices board pursuant to this report shall include:

     (1) The definition of ACovered resources@ in Appendix A of the forests and fish report,

     (2) Subsections F.2, F.3 and F.4 in Appendix F of the forests and fish report, and

     (3) Section II(a) in Appendix K of the forests and fish report.@

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

Effect: Directs the Forest Practices Board to not incorporate specific subsections of the Forests and Fish Report into rule.
