     On page 41, line 20, after Ainspections.@ strike everything through Alandowner@ on line 21 and insert AThe department shall notify the landowner at least seven days in advance of an identification team=s visit to the landowner=s property@

Effect: Requires the department to receive written approval from a landowner in order to bring an identification team onto the landowner=s property.  The department must also provide a landowner at least seven days notice prior to bringing out the identification team to the landowner=s property.
