     On page 3, line 9, after "foundation." insert "At least seventy-five percent of any appropriation for the program shall be used exclusively for recording, through videotapes and film, the first hand accounts of our state's citizens who served their state and country as members of the armed forces or through national or community contributions during World War II."

EFFECT:  Funding appropriated for the program may be used for a variety of purposes described in the legislation, but 75 percent of the funding must be used to preserve, through videotapes and film, the memories of citizens who served during World War II.
