     On page 6, line 17 after Autilities@ insert Aand mutual light and power companies@

     On page 6, line 19, after Acustomers,@ strike the remainder of the section and insert Aand have disclosure label information available in their main business office.  If a small utility or mutual company engages in marketing a specific electric product new to that utility it shall provide the disclosure label described in subsection (3)(c).@

EFFECT: Small utilities and mutual companies are required to distribute the disclosure label once per year, and have the information available at their business office.  If that utility  markets an electricity product that has not been marketed before by that utility, it must provide a reference to an electronic form of the disclosure label.
