     On page 4, line 15, after "disruptions" insert "affecting live race days but not directly involving the licensee or its employees"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that labor disruptions that allow a class 1 racing association to count a live race day to maintain its class 1 status, is a disruption that does not directly involve the licensee racing association or its employees.
