     On page 1, after line 17, insert:

AIf the joint administrative rules review committee approves the request for a written response as to the reasons why the requirement has not been met, the salary of the executive director, executive secretary, or administrative head of the reporting agency shall be reduced by five hundred dollars for each month, or fraction of a month, commencing in the month after the request was approved and continuing until the reporting agency submits the report or a sufficiently responsive report, as acknowledged by action of the joint administrative rules review committee.@

EFFECT:  If JARRC approves the request for a written response as to the reasons why the requirement has not been met, the monthly salary of the administrative head of the agency is reduced by $500 for each month, or fraction of a month, commencing in the month after the request was approved and continuing until the agency submits the report or a sufficiently responsive report, as acknowledged by JARRC.
