    Beginning on page 71, line 29, strike all of subsections (6) and (7)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

    On page 31, line 32, strike "207,273,000" and insert "207,773,000"

    On page 32, line 3, strike "772,432,000" and insert "772,932,000"

    On page 35, after line 2, insert the following:

    "(12) $500,000 of the general fund‑-state appropriation for fiscal year 2000 is provided solely for foster parent reimbursements."

EFFECT:  Eliminates funding for gravel studies in the Department of Ecology, reducing general fund--state appropriations for fiscal year 2000 by $500,000.  Provides $500,000 general fund‑-state for foster parent reimbursements in fiscal year 2000.
