     On page 161, after line 20, insert the following:

AGeneral Fund: For transfer to the Common School Construction Fund in fiscal year 2000                                       $12,700,000

AGeneral Fund: For transfer to the Common School Construction Fund in fiscal year 2001                                      $12,700,000"

EFFECT: Transfers annually the equivalent of 5 percent of biennial lottery revenues into the Common School Construction Fund.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State revenue by $25.4 million; decreases the 601 expenditure limit by a like amount.
