     On page On page 30, line 13, strike all of subsection (3) and insert the following:

A(3) $100,000 of the general fund--state fiscal year 2000 appropriation and $100,000 of the general fund--state fiscal year 2001 appropriation are provided solely for implementation of the conditional scholarship program pursuant to chapter 28B.103 RCW.@

EFFECT: Adds an additional $50,000 for the 1999-2001 biennium to restore funding for implementation of the National Guard conditional scholarship program to current levels.
