     On page 8, line 15, after Afunding.@ insert AThe board shall determine an equitable minimum amount of funds for each region, and shall distribute the remainder of funds on a competitive basis.@

EFFECT: Provides a minimum amount of funds for each region of the state, as determined by the salmon recovery funding board.
