     On page 2, line 8, after Avehicles@ insert Aprovided however, that a person who has owned each vehicle for over twelve months prior to selling them is not engaged in the act of curbstoning.@

EFFECT: Exempts a person from the definition of curbstoning as long as he or she has owned the vehicles for a period of over one year.
