     On page 3, after line 10, insert the following:

A(c) Provide a copy of the written notice required under this subsection to an authorized official of the local fire district that serves the area where the dwelling is located.  The landlord or the landlord=s authorized agent must provide a copy of any revisions to the written notice to an authorized official of the local fire district that serves the area where the dwelling unit is located; and@

EFFECT: Requires a copy of the fire and safety information (written notice) be sent to an official of the local fire district.  This includes any revisions to the written notice.
