    On page 1, line 7, after "donation." insert "A minor may donate bone marrow to an unrelated person only if the minor is fifteen years of age through eighteen years of age.  The donation of bone marrow by a minor requires parental consent."

EFFECT:  Lowers the age from eighteen to fifteen for minors to be bone marrow donors to unrelated persons, provided that they have parental consent.
