    On page 1, line 10, after "chapter." strike all material to the end of the section and insert "Dissemination or use of nonconviction data for purposes other than that authorized in this section is prohibited."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the HRC from disseminating or using nonconviction data for purposes other than investigation.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act expires June 30, 2003.

EFFECT:  Provides that this act sunsets on June 30, 2003.
