     On page 17, beginning on line 14, after "the" strike all material through "geologists" on line 15 and insert "state department of licensing be authorized to levy fees on geologists sufficient to pay for their licensure"

EFFECT:  Changes the suggested ballot title language authorizing the state Department of Licensing to levy fees from "fees necessary to pay for licensing geologists" to "fees on geologists sufficient to pay for their licensure".
