     On page 8, line 9, after "that" strike "up to"

     On page 9, line 26, after "minimum of" strike "four" and insert "five"

     On page 9, line 35, after "minimum" strike "four" and insert "of five"

EFFECT:  Changes the minimum number of years experience from four to five and requires that three years of experience, rather than "up to" three years, be gained under the supervision of a licensed geologist or specialty geologist or other person considered qualified by the State Geologist Licensing Board.
