     On page 2, beginning on line 7, strike Aa description and record of the national guard=s use of the money or property@ and insert Aif the money or the proceeds of sale of any property were promptly deposited into the public safety and education account established in RCW 43.08.250@

     On page 2, after line 16, insert AAll money received by the Washington national guard under this section shall be promptly deposited into the public safety and education account established in RCW 43.08.250.  All property received by the Washington national guard under this section shall be promptly sold and the proceeds of sale promptly deposited into the public safety and education account established in RCW 43.08.250.@

EFFECT: Requires all property and money received by the Washington national guard under this section to be promptly deposited into the public safety and education account established in RCW 43.08.250.
