     On page 2, line 23, strike subsection (3) and insert A(3) Staff support for the task force shall be provided by the office of financial management.  Legislators on the task force may use legislative staff from senate committee services and the office of program research.@

EFFECT: Requires the Governor=s Task Force on Interstate Compact to use staff services from the Office of Financial Management.  In addition, legislators may also use legislative staff from Senate Committee Services and the House Office of Program Research.
