    On page 2, beginning on line 9 of the amendment, after "limits," strike all material through "act" on line 11 of the amendment, and insert "for all unincorporated areas and within a city or town under twenty-five thousand population"

    On page 2, beginning on line 14 of the amendment, after "limits," strike all material through "act" on line 16 of the amendment, and insert "for all unincorporated areas and within a city or town under twenty-five thousand population"

    On page 6, beginning on line 28 of the amendment, after "limits" strike all material through "users." on line 30 of the amendment, and insert ", for all unincorporated areas and within a city or town under twenty-five thousand population."

EFFECT:  Provides population based limitation to PUDs and rural ports as who is eligible to receive wholesale telecommunications services.
