    On page 16, after line 21 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "(9) $4,522,000 of the motor vehicle account‑-state appropriation is provided solely for the construction of high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes on SR 16 on both the eastern and western sides of the Tacoma narrows bridge."

EFFECT:  Restores House funding to SR 16.
