    On page 7, line 18 of the amendment, after "residence" insert ", or after beginning to work, carry on a vocation, or attend school"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that sex offenders residing in Washington but working, carrying on a vocation, or attending school in another state must register in the other state within ten days of beginning to work, carry on a vocation, or attend school.
