    On page 87, line 12, increase the Health Services Account appropriation by $3,369,000.  Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides $4,369,000 for increased Basic Health Plan enrollment, rather than the $1,000,000 increase provided in the bill.  The additional funding will allow an increase of 2,500 enrollment slots from July 2000 through June 2001, for a total BHP enrollment of 135,140.  The bill provides funding for an enrollment level of 133,210.
