    On page 1, line 33, strike ""Information regarding the levels of metals in this product is available" and insert ""You have the right to receive specific information about the Washington State standards from the distributor of this product and"                                 

    On page 1, line 34, after "http://www.wa.gov/agr/";" insert the following: 

    "(g) At a minimum the label shall state: (i) The levels of metals in the product expressed in parts per million, for the following metals: lead, cadium, arsenic, cobolt, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, and zinc; and (ii) the level of dioxins contained in the product if the product contains any solid waste as defined in RCW 70.95.030, hazardous waste as defined in RCW 70.95.010, by-products or co-products, resulting from an industrial process that creates or releases dioxin;

(h) For the purposes of this section, "industrial processes that create or release dioxin" means processes that use or burn chlorine or chlorine compounds such as processes at pulp mills, cement kilns, waste incinerators, oil refineries, and steel smelting operations;"

    Correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Expands the consumer's right-to-know and requires labeling which lists the levels of metals and dioxins in the product.
