    On page 3, line 3, after "hours per week" insert ", or a person other than an independent contractor employed by a public or private school or college for the previous three consecutive quarters or two consecutive semesters for at least fifteen hours per week"

EFFECT:  Changes the definition of employee from a person who has been employed 10 hours per week to a person who has been employed 15 hours per week.

Modifies the definition of employee to include a person employed by a public or private school or college on a continuous basis for the previous three quarters or two semesters for at least fifteen hours per week.
