    On page 2, after line 17, insert the following:

    "(A) the applicant is undergoing substance abuse treatment or is participating in meetings of a twelve-step group such as alcoholics anonymous; or"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 3, line 19, after "license;" strike "or"

    On page 3, line 22, after "license;" insert the following:

    "or (v) is undergoing substance abuse treatment or is participating in meetings of a twelve-step group such as alcoholics anonymous;"

EFFECT: Allows persons involved in substance abuse programs and/or a twelve-step program like Alcoholics Anonymous to obtain an occupational driver's license to attend treatment/program meetings.
